❝This EP is my personal journey back to the JRPGs that shaped my imagination throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. These instrumental covers explore my fascination with time, space, illusion, memory, and alternate realities.

As a kid, I didn't have the words to understand why these ideas fascinated me so much. I simply felt something when I encountered them. Years later, I realize that many of those games were teaching me how powerful an imaginary world could be.

Looking back, I think these games helped shape the way I understand imagination. They made me comfortable with the idea that reality doesn't always need to be explained literally. Sometimes, a world can communicate something meaningful through atmosphere, symbolism, music, silence, color, and/or mystery.

The games represented here, including other titles such as Ocarina of Time, A Link to the Past, and the early Final Fantasy games, they all contain elements that fascinated me growing up: time, space, alternate realities, illusion, memory, destiny, transformation, loss, discovery, love, romance, and the strange feeling that something much larger exists just beyond what we can see.

Through piano melodies, new age elements, and electronic experiments, I revisit these familiar worlds from the perspective of who I am today, blending nostalgia with a new atmosphere of my own.

The original artwork follows the same idea, portraying time itself as an illusion. I wanted the artwork to evoke the feeling they gave me: the sensation of entering a world where the rules of reality are different.
